100 is definitely ambitious, but it could be as easy as changing the address and price on a template and sending it off.As an agent, I would probably do it for one of my clients that I've done deals with and know is reputable, but I probably wouldn't spend the time doing such a task for a new client unless they were providing me some kind of additional compensation for my time.It's probably not a good idea to do if you are only looking for one property and don't have the means to commit to going through with most or all of the offers that get accepted.

Positives are they pay above market rent because they realize that it may be difficult to deal with teenagers and evicting them could be a PR nightmare, and banks love seeing reputable organizations on a 3 year lease.
