We have a lot of jobs and people moving here continuously from CA and elsewhere due to Texas favorable business environment, DFW being a great airport for bus. travelers, relatively low cost of living, highly educated labor pool, etc.  

If I were to establish a REIT, does that fall under FINRA, SEC, or other regulation?

Eventhough recycling for me is super important, i try not to see it from the "good for the environment side" and actually make it count in the bottom line.

I have had an IRA with Fidelity Investments for probably 35 years and given the controlled environment, it is almost impossible to break a rule.
