I think if I buy the 1st property I'd be ok on the maintainance and finding tenants.My biggest fear is the quality of tenants I would find in that area and the eviction.

If you use the search function at the top right of the screen, type in insurance and then look the 'newest results' or something similar to that towards the top right of your search results, it should prove very helpful.

Hello All Landlords/PM's, What tenant screening program do you guys use?

I had been working with the seller on the price and was able to get $5000 of the asking price, had the house appraised, talked to the property manager on how to improve the property, talked to Lowe's about screen doors, and made numerous trips to the house.

Obviously I will screen the buyers, but if the worst happens and they default, I would be in the same place as I was before.

Also I have screened over the phone and got a bad taste for them but then met them in person and they were great renters.

Screening the mystery folks might be more important as the extra $50.

Sheesh.On a more pragmatic note though... any way to get rid of the pop up that comes up ever time I pull up the main forum screen?
