They have 23 mobile home lots total. with 13 having home that they own and the other 10 lots are just pad rents with other people homes on them. they are interested in doing a master lease with option to buy. my wife and I just submitted our letter of intent today. if accepted then coming week we will be creating our 1st draft of the master lease.

Which insurance companies provide the best coverage for properties with mobile homes on them for rental properties?

Basically the title,There is an old mobile home lot in my area that I am looking to reach out to the owner to pitch him a deal of me fixing up and selling the vacant mobile homes on his lot and keeping the profits from the sale.

He also traded two properties in Oklahoma--one was a vacant lot next to a lot with a shop with a mobile home spot.

Mobile homes are on this road...and the dirt road is kinda impassable at this point to get to my 4 acres.

Now, this may have changed in the past couple years so YMMV.I thought I could take a small ugly mobile home park and setup nice, cool, super energy efficient tiny homes on those lots.
