Learning about Real Estate on YouTube

I rarely ever used YouTube until the last 7 or 8 months when I started looking up videos about the Coronavirus or to catch up on sports. But now I watch YouTube for anything I want to learn about including real estate investing. There is a ton of great info on YouTube on investing in real estate.

So I wanted to check in with BiggerPockets members and find out who they have learned from the most or who their favorite people or channels are to watch on YouTube about real estate investing.

Also, I get a lot of calls and messages from people on BiggerPockets so I figured I could just make some videos and post them up on YouTube to save time and share info with more people. So I just started my own channel on YouTube about real estate investing about a month ago and I would love some ideas from investors on what videos they would like to see on real estate investing or what they would like to learn about. I don’t mean to be presumptuous or bragging, and I don’t pretend to know everything about real estate investing, but we’ve been able to build a portfolio of over 160 properties including 60 single family residences, 6 mobile home parks, a commercial building and a few small multi family properties in the last 4 years so we have some good experience that I would be happy to share.
