I would personally do the later, keep the interest rate, and start your rental portfolio.   

Hello - Does anyone know the process of moving a property on my personal name to a LLC?

What's at risk is it may not cash flow and renting is not so common in South Jersey, but I would feel more comfortable investing in a good area where schools are decent to good, and tenants are likely to care more.

Hi friends, I have one property under LLC and other two in my personal name in Montclair NJ. 

We currently own the original property in our personal names since it was a house-hack.

Your income from the long-term properties is considered as your personal income so it shouldn't be so impactful.

Probably personal preference, but if anyone has a strong opinion, I'd love to hear it! 

I think this would be more of a long-term hold for cashflow purposes, however it seems minimal to start, and I feel there is likely little to no appreciation with this property.
