It has been a long and stressful process and it finally happened.

I have a couple months to get my final plan together but I am 18 and could use some advice on getting started.

Hi everyone, I have been interested in the real estate investment market for a while now and am finally ready to pull the trigger and get my business started.

When I started finally flipping houses I had just finished up the bar and started working a job that requires 60 hour weeks.

Finally, one day I took the plunge and now I'm kicking myself for not starting years earlier. 

I've been trying to jump into wholesaling for awhile now and with the help and guidance of another investor from BP who is much more experienced than me, I have finally put my first property under contract. 

There's also the final question. 

They read, they listen, but ultimately they analyze until they are paralyzed, afraid to finally dip their toe in the water and do a deal.  

Sure we can give your our coin(s) on the matter but its best to make the final decision after securing professional input of all of the pros and cons for various types of entity structuring and the likes of in whichever State(as laws and costs vary by State)and so forth....Kudos,Mary 

I am worried that if I try to run sole prop, dont include him in the biz  the IRS is gonna nail me because he has no job besides stay at home dad.
