We are open to partnering up with an experienced real estate investor and contributing in whichever way it makes sense to build upon our foundation and understanding.  

I have a private investor (my friend, not experienced) who would like to give me a loan for an eventual flip (we are holding it for one year first which has nothing to do with the flip itself, but a family matter), and we agreed that I would pay her interest only on her principal for that year.

All of this information is very good and I am getting ready to make a couple offers on some fix and flip properties but still need some key members for my team.

Well after years of hype it seems like some grown ups are starting to write columns that align with what the general consensus is from the more experienced crowdfunding posters on BP.  

Our team will be investing in properties we can pick up for 110k or less.

In a boom and upswing like one that we've just been experiencing, to homebuyers seem to come out of everywhere, itching to snap up whatever becomes available.

Do whatever you have to to find the most experienced mentor you can.
