How long did you put the option out for the sellers and are you expecting them to exercise or take them back and do it all over again?

By splitting things up your limiting your risk as each agent operates deferentially.I've seen PM company failed when they get behind the 8-ball on turning units, and cant dig themselves out, only to have your vacancies climb to the point you have to terminate the contract and dig things out with a new team.Generally speaking with large apartment complexes, you would have a full time PM that works only for that property, and no other properties or clients.

Have you applied other techniques to support your subsequent success in real estate such as meditation, yoga, exercise routine, improved diet, etc?

It's always the direct marketure's job to be very skilled at negotiation and getting a seller with equity to give you that equity in your low ball offer.  

There is no limit to the number of times you can exercise this strategy with the right connections and lenders.

I think I have the potential to bring a lot to the table, but I want to humble myself, listen and take direction on how to get the ball rolling and work smart.I'm interested in learning how to get moving with wholesaling, driving for deals, evaluating properties, and networking with people actively doing flips and rentals.
