Many repairs and some cosmetic refreshing What was the outcome?

.- They generally won't lend on properties in need of more than cosmetic repairs.Credit Unions- They are similar to banks.- Their interest rates will be similar to banks.- You have to be a member- They will be more likely to do non-conforming loans, which means they'll have their own standards for lending and may be a little more lenient.Most likely you'll need to do hard money on a low end property.

We were told a tree fell on the house, so it looked like some roof repair work and a bit of cosmetic. 

How much does it cost to remodel a house for cosmetics and remodel kitchen if the house is 1300sqft.

I’m looking at a quadplex consists of 4 /2 beds 1.5 bath that seems to need a little bit of cosmetic work on the outside and it’s newly renovated inside listed for tip top price for the area - in my opinion- at 249k.

From the pictures it appeared the property needed over $20k in cosmetics.

In other states, termites are no big deal -- just a routine problem that comes up occasionally and can be dealt with economically.
