Small SFR in Bedford, OH

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Extremely stable area that attracts solid renters

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Many repairs and some cosmetic refreshing

What was the outcome?

Decent little rental property

Lessons learned? Challenges?

This one has been sort of a money pit thus far. Repair after repair after repair. I don't think I will buy another 1-bedroom SFR unless it is in some super trendy location such as Tremont.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
