I want to learn about rehabing and contracting
Hi all! So I recently have been thinking about how I can get into something where I can learn about contracting. I would like a job where I get to fix up houses but I'm mainly just looking into getting experience for when I come across my future deals whether im fixing up rentals myself and a friend or two or managing contractors. How would I get into the business and start learning? And would it be possible for someone with no prior experience to get a job in this field? Thanks in advance!
