@Eric Fernando - Yes, with it being gutted it makes it easier for the electrician, otherwise they have to punch holes in walls and fish wires through.

It is typically much easier for you to buy "turnkey", however in my experince you will buy better quality from an owner who occupied the property than a hous that has been professionally flipped and the remodelling has been done skin deep.Cash and quick closing is not always an advantage.

It seems easier to be a RE agent in an area you're already familiar with, but with such incredibly low inventory I'd imagine it's tough to make a living with all of the agent competition out there.My gut tells me to just find wherever my new job is going to be and then look into the investment side of things.
