Perhaps Ohioers are lucky that their real property tax isn't based directly on the most recent sale price, but I wouldn't be surprised if it has to be on record available to the public for other fundamental reasons like homesteading, bankrupty proceedings, civil claims, property disputes, etc etc.Nevertheless, would love to hear of the closest tactic to achieving this in a disclosure state!

That if you do not have any construction experience, do not personally know the tasks involved, do not have the right relationships or connection to material suppliers, do not know how long things take to get accomplished, do not know engineering requirements, do not know soils or issues involved with working with different soils, do not have experience dealing with city building departments, planning departments or civil engineering processes then building it not for you.

Let's see - a country that has had several civil wars and military coups since independence in 1962, and is currently at war with a brutal insurgency guerilla organization; a country with one of the highest levels of public corruption in the world; a country that has had multiple constitutions over a 50 year period - oh yeah, that really inspires one to sink hard dollars there.

Most institutional portfolio lenders use Fannie/Freddie uniform paperwork / deeds of trust / etc, so the stuff you see at the county recorders office can say "Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac" all over it in spite of it being anything but a Fannie/Freddie loan.I've never personally been involved in mortgage-related litigation (knock on wood), the above are my best guesses based on zero formal training or education in law.
