I think the idea that you can give back enough money to someone that they can afford to put there kids in college is important or your employees that can afford to buy a home and drive a nice car.

The image,cars,clothes,living is way more expensive to maintain out there as well.They do not get to keep all of that money unless they are the head broker and even then they have business expenses (assistants,marketing,etc.)
