Since I didn’t plan on this being a flip, I did buy the house after a proper profit analysis – I just sort of lucked out.

Luckily, you also have the option to dispute with you credit card company, which is why I always pay with credit card whenever possible.

I insisted that she put her info on the sheet and I checked her state ID card (no driver's license - RED FLAG).

Of course that may be a bigger nightmare than I'm willing to take on, considering the zoning and planning and fire resuscitation avenues I probably have not properly considered.I'm still debating what I would offer this guy, and whether I should do it at all.
