They want to see an honest effort to sell the home first...then if no offers received the price gets dropped and eventually gets to the point where it is in short sale.Just because the home is listed with an agent doesn't mean you can't negotiate the sale.

If financing takes longer than 60 days, then they become the sole beneficiary of a large trust acct. which is housed at that bank which they can invest how they wish and receive the interest from this acct.

He had been evicted twice and had 3 full pages of criminal history including receiving stolen property, theft, domestic violence, etc, etc, etc.Obviously, I wouldn't accept this person as a tenant.
