Real negotiation skills involves being able to identify the seller's interests and establishing legitimacy.

I was immensely confident in my construction skills and my network.

That leads me to 3 sales , just let the conversation flow , when they see your business cards and flyer some of your riders will engage some type of conversation that's when your sales skills come to play.   

Having said that, they sometimes lack organizational skills but can knock out a killer product.  

My entire professional background has been spent working in construction, through several trades and companies, with my favorite skill set being finish carpentry.

I am also here to build communication skills because I am not the best talker and I want to improve.

I have volunteered at house building events by habitat for humanity to help others in need , and to learn more house related skills in general.I maybe a newb in real estate, but i'm good with technologies, and don't mind putting in the leg work to get my start in real estate investing.  

I probably could have closed a deal this month, but my ability to convert a good lead is still improving, and my poor negotiation skills put me right out of the deal.In any case, are you planning to wholesale?

Skill level will eventually increase and conversion rates will rise, but the best focus is quantity in the beginning.Once we get a few deals under contract, we will cherry pick the flips that make the most sense for us based on experience level (what we can confidently handle) and profit margin.  

30 is fair for someone skilled and trustworthy.
