I currently work as a Project Manager for a Roofing and Remodeling/Restoration company in Arlington, Tx. My entire professional background has been spent working in construction, through several trades and companies, with my favorite skill set being finish carpentry. I do not put my tool bags on much any more and now mainly manage remodel projects. I would like to learn to invest in rental properties and house flipping.
