I need to find an accountant to do more digging on this tax stuff, its hard finding information on the internet.  

It's not hard and there are a lot of Internet guides explaining the process.

I'd like to reach that goal soon so that I can enjoy traveling the world.I found BiggerPockets after searching something real estate related on the Internet.

I had the following 3 things happening at the same time:1) Furnace went out in one of my properties (almost $2650 to replace retail)2) Problem tenant was late on rent for 2 months3) My employee told me his internet stopped and it would take 72 hours to fix.

Based on my Internet searches I think he purchased it for around $175k.

There is also a new large casino with several restaurants being built south of town that is stated to provide 1000 full time jobs.
