There is some time pressure, for me and for the lien holder, because the home is currently in foreclosure.My Questions:How can I go about getting these liens removed?

This is do to the algorithms they use and while I understand this form a business standpoint, human intervention and logic is sometimes needed to deliver the most accurate information.

I would like to encourage you to keep a spreadsheet with numbers and information on the assets themselves for the prices they may have sold for or where the bidding ended this will give you an advantage when try negotiate with acution.com or placing a bid on the same asset the next time he comes around.On my next post I will be discussing the other forms of acquiring assets by pre-bid.

In between the speaker's there were short breaks and opportunities for the rest of the investors to mingle with each other and do some networking - in many cases this is were some of the real magic happens, as connections are formed and as we all know sometimes all it takes is one great connection to change everything.
