We are a real estate private investigative firm that locates owners, assets, background history, tenant screenings and more. We have over 10 years of experience with gathering information and reviewing aggregated data. What are the pros to skip tracing and was the information provided by the skip tracer valuable?  If so, what information served to be the best piece of information; Phone Numbers, new addresses, emails, social media account info, etc.  What do you look for in a skip tracer and does experience really matter or are you results driven?  Have you had a bad experience with a skip tracer in the past?

We are looking for real examples and how we can make our services better.
