So if you like to use API's or get data in/out using automation  or external tools you can't, at least not through an API. 

So I would focus on a small cosmetic flip to begin, just to test everything out before you sink everything into a larger project.

@John HuynhHey John, assuming you’re going to live in the property, there’s the fha loan like you mentioned but it is very difficult for you to get approval on a 3-4 unit due to the self-sufficiency test.

of course each case is different, but is there a data sheet or something that shows what differences between comps is worth.
