He's not carrying 300 pieces of drywall for my project :-)).He also has a Home Depot Pro Account which he would normally use to get materials, so my workflow is no different than what he normally does for his business (except he bills directly to me).To your point about firing stupid contractors, can you pls elaborate on why?

I know if you get 10 pilots in a room and ask them how best to set up workflow (displays, data entry, etc), you get 10 different answers.

I couldn't find statistics to backup this statement :)I think as engineers are used to follow a logical workflow and follow the data / statistics we calculate how long it will take us to retire and immediately say "There gotta be a better way" :)Network Engineer

In terms of rehabbing the property, the workflow can range from throwing a coat of paint on a wall or two, to an entire gut of the mechanicals, windows, siding, and flooring.

Mailing to your prospects more than once per MONTH leads to diminishing returns.You can batch out your mail such that you are mailing something every week (that is a GOOD idea as it levels out your work flow), but do not cycle all the way through your list more often than once per month.

Once they fill that out they will get other text a well as a series of emails.Naturally we are going to call them too however we start our dialog with the communication vehicle they are most comfortable with.This all sits inside our CRM s we attach a auto-responder for workflow to the prospect so we never drop them.Ultimately we can send them to our seller calendar for them to schedule a time for us to come out and buy their house.
