I'm starting out in wholesaling and I'm finding myself in this pickle of.... do I go and find a seller first or build my buyer's list first?

We all know that REI and wholesaling is a numbers game...

My wife and I just moved from Seattle to Tennessee, and we're looking to get into wholesaling in the Nashville and Clarksville areas.

Where should I create my LLC, considering that I am going to do wholesaling for the first year?

Why are you wholesaling if you don't know how to dispo a property?

Hello,  I have heard so many stories about wholesaling to start off and it sounds great but I never hear about the situation when you don't have a buyer and are stuck buying a property that you don't necessarily want.

We flip about 50 houses a year and are looking to do more flips and wholesaling.

Just look at the myriad of laws, regulations, and bans passed or proposed for seller financing, wholesaling, and lending in the past two years.
