Wholesaling in TN - Just starting out

Zak Blaine
Posted

My wife and I just moved from Seattle to Tennessee, and we're looking to get into wholesaling in the Nashville and Clarksville areas. If anyone has any information or advice, we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Since you already own a couple properties.

Really just drive around, find beat down houses then start dialing.

If you need buyers you can join groups like REIN, TNREIA, GRID etc...

They also give you contacts for title co, lawyers and alike.
