Stop at brick work-type jobs you see underway and ask the scope of work and roughly what its costing the owner to have done.

It generally looks like this:Day 1 - Under contractDay 30 - Due diligence complete, money raise under way possibly complete, start designsDay 60 - Close lot purchase with equity.

I purchased a property at auction last December that is still occupied by the former owner. i hadn't approached it until now due to work underway on other projects. now that we got most of those nearing completion, i plan to reach out to the previous owner and initiate talks to transition possession of the property and for him to vacate ( leaving the property in good shape). i also have my attorney pursuing pursuing motion to evict from the court simultaneously.

I hope to have a MFR develop project underway soon.  

It's buying into an already existing company that owns a very large area in a downtown TIF district that just had city approval for a very large renovation that is now underway.

I am a newbie just getting underway so I can't offer advice on what the most effective process wb.

We have 5 active remodel projects underway at the moment in various states of completion.

I now have the ratified contract in hand and project #3 is getting underway.
