LOL, a little spin on another thread......are we trying to get out 100 post award, LOL?

I am spinning my wheels and need so much help as I don't have a mentor yet and I don't want to miss out on something that could be an awesome opportunity.

Don't spin your wheels on someone who won't sell. 

Your Realtor can always spin it and make it a positive that it's a brand new yard but if someone is driving by they may not know that.

However, it's also very grueling in the sense that you're going to be spinning a ton of plates if you're trying to produce at a high level and most people really aren't cut out for it. 

There are so many books and courses that it will make your head spin.

People just spinning a deal to make a quick buck only thinking of themselves.

They haven't even sent us a bill because of how high it is, there's no way it could of been us using that high amount of water""Okay, I was told the meter is spinning like crazy and there is no evidence of the water on the ground, which is why we need to get the leak detector out there to make sure its not under the slab.

IF they really think we are not in a bubble then have them sign a contract stating that they will refund you the difference on the price you paid when it spins down!!

I've heard about hard money, traditional, HELOCs, etc. and it makes my head spin!
