We have one house that the 2nd full bath takes up less than 18 square feet of floor space - 32" shower, tiny vanity and a toilet, with an inset medicine cabinet and a couple of hanging shelves for towels and toilet paper. 

The purchase prices run the gamut, you can find Million dollar homes to under 100K ( which are flying off the shelves right now!)

For example, she says some shelves in the kitchen are missing in cabinets and in the freezer and a handle is missing on a closet door.

They wind up in debt, sell very few tickets/albums, and get shelved or dropped by the label.

Maybe a 65".More knick knacks on the shelves.

Thanks for letting me know about cabinet door world, someone messaged me about them and 3-4 weeks isn't that big of a deal since this rehab will be take 3-4 months to complete (also doing 2 full baths down to studs, adding an extra bedroom w/ closet, knocking out a wall, replacing wood paneling with drywall downstairs, adding a pocket door, building shelves in an open area of one of the baths, landscaping, etc.

Upgrades to the home include extended patio, custom shelving, quartz counters installed in kitchen and new lighting.
