Do a Google search for Awesome Arcades.

A quick search says they have 5 days to appeal and must post a bond equal to a months rent.

You may not like their current deals/offerings, but I would call each of them and let them know what you are looking for - essentially your "buy box."

I have not been able to find any in person networking events in my area doing a basic internet search.

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

If you're open to outside the box ideas, I have one for you.

Do any of these services do a residency search outside this country?

A quick internet search led to quite a few complaints by people claiming to be ripped off, had deals fall through, or simply getting the run around each time. 

Many people search here before they send off money.There are many threads about this.
