@Ambica Pilli - I'm not a multifamily investor in NC, but I would suggest you look at the active listings in the area on loopnet.com and see who are the active brokers. You may not like their current deals/offerings, but I would call each of them and let them know what you are looking for - essentially your "buy box." Many have their own opinions/perspective of loopnet for deal flow, but at a minimum you can see who the active brokers are in a particular area. Good Luck!
