Non performing assets are why the notes are so cheap and give great returns. 

I have no idea where to start, as there are so many resources online.Any other ideas that are beginner friendly are welcomed too.

Sure it does. but depending on who the celebrity is/was.....That's why so many little hotels, boarding houses, vacation rentals, etc..... feature this in their advertising.And in some cases, you will not get more money, but you will get more guests.A little while ago, I went to Tombstone AZ and stayed in 'The first boarding house in Tombstone'....really cool place but kinda small and, well....old feeling.

I don’t think so, but I’m interested in seeing the evidence if you can produce any. 

So, I started with a couple build-to-rent homes, then a couple more, and then felt comfortable to build a mini development.

@Sophanara Khoeun you mention that you have no time as you have a 9-5 job - so, do 99% of investors!
