Hi everyone,I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts for the last month and finally took the plunge to finish updating a profile I started back then.My interests are in buying and holding multi-family homes in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas.

When you're ready to take the plunge, JUST DO IT!  

This board is a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to taking the plunge very very soon in this thing we call Real Estate Investing! 

Just wanted to introduce myself to this great forum...Name is Jim, and I have been a remodeler for over 30 years and dabbled a bit in buying and selling, but now I am going to take the plunge and do some serious REI.I plan to use my skills to do fixers, or small homes to add on to to target that all-important 3/2 range of houses (most of the older fixers in my area tend to be 2 Bedroom and 1 bath).

When the timing was right for us and we could afford the risk, we took the plunge.

I'm pumped up to learn as much as I can and take that plunge.
