Hi and thank you to whoever stared this forum its fantastic. I've been interested in real estate for a long time and finally took the plunge. I am in the middle of rehabbing a townhome. We hope to have it ready for market just before thanksgiving.

I'm a bus mechanic by trade so I've always been keen on ripping things apart and putting them back together. We are looking now for our next rehab but there seems to be alot of people in the business and we have got to be careful picking our next project.

A little bit about myself: I'm long in the tooth on age ( 59 ), married and no children at home. Been a mechanic for 20 yrs and enjoy nascar, football and bowling.
