We invest in mortgage notes (performing and non performing).

The Cape also in my opinion is oversaturated with STR's so it's challenging to find a base number of how your property will perform. 

We also work with investors in the different markets we operate in to perform tenant placement where we work with ALE Solutions, other relocation companies, medical agencies, etc. to offer properties as a part of our inventory.

This is a micro economic condition based on a specific market as not all markets perform the same.

The only silver lining is this property performance so bad, that it helps offset the gains from my other 10 homes. 

I only ask because the main purpose of an LLC is legal protection, and if you don't have a large amount of assets to protect, say less than $1M...you may be putting the cart before the house, and it may make more sense for you to focus more on finding and closing more deals.
