Enough that we sold the home without it being a smoker house.Today, I will be trying out an even more powerful machine in a mobile home we are renovating that smells like the worst smoke smell you can imagine.

They were no nonsense people and I may tap on them later to use for moving mobile homes since that is their primary business. 

My portfolio is expanding and I feel I need to make a switch to a different software (I am currently using Innago) which has worked well for years but is missing some of the more sophisticated features - there is no mobile app for landlords so it's hard to manage on the go, there is no accounting functionality built in, changing lease terms/renewals can be clunky.

We are considering buying a mobile home park with short term private money. 

I own single family, 2-4 units, mobile home communities, and some vacant land.
