We had one that drove us crazy as someone had run it in series with an above stove micro-wave on a 14/2 buried in a hidden junction box.

Kitchen originally had a small countertop so we extended the counter and added a dishwasher and microwave in the process.

The kitchen for 190-2 is also on order finally it cost $2,714.35 and should be received by the end of the month.This is what it will look like minus the blue walls and microwave.  

Hi Eric,Maybe bootstrap the construction costs and build one house and live in it while building it, then sell it and build another.Live rough for while, a microwave, a grill, a hotplate, a hose, a min-fridge, a mini-hot water heater and a portable heater.Good Luck!

I just bought a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for $1,000 that was originally almost $3,000 and they are only two years old.

That day her kid was trying to heat pizza in their tiny micro wave, so when they told him to use the oven he told us it didn't work in fact only one element on top still worked.

Since I had no appliances they brought a microwave and cooler until the appliances arrived a week or so later.

All mine have stove, fridge, microwave, and W/D sadly the builder put in the cheapest crap he could find and so i get a lot of service calls.  

I don’t even put a microwave in unless it already had one installed.

The list of things completed $350 - Dumpster rental$0 - did myself laber tore out old kitchen and put in New kitchen$3200 - Replaced all kitchen cabinets (find a contractor friend that can get you cabinets at cost.. saves approx 50%)$1200 - replaced Refridgerator, stove, microwave, added dishwasher, washing machine, (Nicks Used appliances came with 90 day warranty)$3500 - added central Air and had some duct work done. $250 - Paint entire inside of house. $1200 - new carpet in 4 rooms$150 - Updated Kitchen and bathroom lights. $350 - Vinal plank flooring in Kitichen ($0 in Labor did myself) Other Misc stuff including replaced all outlets and covers, closet door replacements and ??
