Oven control board failed again - need new oven. Suggestions?

I replaced the “oven control board” Just under 2 years ago and tenant is complaining that it’s taking an hour to get to 350.

Oven is 15 years old probably so I’m going to bite the bullet and buy a new one instead of replacing the Viard again (probably $400).

Any suggestions?  This is a rental that goes for about $1,600 / month.

I almost always replace appliances after 10 years. Parts are ridiculously expensive and good repair technicians are hard to find.

If you have multiple properties and some storage room, I recommend keeping your eye out for gently used appliances at deep discounts. I just bought a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher for $1,000 that was originally almost $3,000 and they are only two years old. When you find a good deal, buy it and store it until it's needed and you can save hundreds over buying brand new.
