@Yashar E. have you looked into getting a mechanics lien on the property?

In my non-attorney way of thinking, if you participated in the construction/design and had your crew doing some work, it might be a stretch, but I'd consider a mechanic's lien.Is the 'IOU' they gave you in the proper form of a promissory note? 

You will have to put up with being treated with all the mechanisms that the society excludes aberrant people: contempt, ridicule, disregard.The best thing that I can say about the second point is that once you do start making some money, it's amazing how quickly the same people that treated you like garbage start fawning over you.

Where can i find Utility and Mechanics Lien information, specifically the amount owed against the Philly Property?

I've had flight cancel due to weather,  on my last closing my flight from LGA was cancelled due to mechanical failure I was able to rebook on a diff flight 3 hours later from JFK and had no issues getting to my closing..
