From what I read above you,1) Finish the education and take the online final exam.2) Begin to meet with brokers and apply for the inactive license.3) Once you receive the inactive license, you get a broker to sign the sponsor form, it gets mailed back to Austin and its time to go to work?

I have been to Larrys meeting and also went to the one at the country side library on Sundays which i found was inactive.  

FL offers the ability to get your license and keep it inactive while on active duty with no extra training requirements.

The Reia in this county seems inactive as well.
