First Walk for Dollars
Hi all,
Just want to say that action will always be inaction. I am going to walk my first neighborhood in North New Jersey tonight as suggested by a local investor. I've seen a few houses on Realtor.com which seem reasonable. Going to try to get a feel of the neighborhood. And the goal is to talk to 5 people in the area.
Ask them what they think of neighborhood, what is their approximate rent, if they know any areas to stay out of in terms of class C tenants.
