Greetings BP,Ok, so I am active duty and I'm  interested in helping my husband (a veteran) fulfill his dream of providing housing for our veterans who in most cases undoubtedly deserve our support in getting out of chronic homelessness.

Of course I under stand why..I'm more interested in buying and rehabbing homes for rent and sale to homeless and disabled veterans using government and private funding like grants, tax credits and forgivable loans anyway.. thanks again

It has been a real challenge because of the homeless.  

Even if you just mark all over the back because homeless or beggers will take your sign and use it to ask for money. 

I really want to get the investment cogs moving.2) Find a house we can buy and fix up to make rent ready so once we sell our HOT market house, we arent homeless and instead prepping for investments.

Homelessness is becoming a bigger and bigger problem.

Some of them literally live in homeless shelters.She's pretty sick of the atmosphere there and is applying at schools in the suburbs.  

There were some homeless folks living on the decks in the rear of the property but the overall concern and the obvious reason why this property was not moving was the condition of the foundation.The East wall bowed out significantly but it had been reinforced.

Encourage the tenant to contact charities to get assistance for the past due balance to avoid being homeless due to an eviction and a lost voucher.

Meanwhile the prices go up and the homeless population is increasing here.
