Greetings BP,

Ok, so I am active duty and I'm interested in helping my husband (a veteran) fulfill his dream of providing housing for our veterans who in most cases undoubtedly deserve our support in getting out of chronic homelessness. Here recently, my husband has been trying to figure out if it was worth it to purchase a 2-4 unit, live in one, and use the HUD-VASH to assist with the veterans. Of course after a while we'll move out (years probably) of one of the units for the same reason, but I want to know if anyone has experience with HUD-VASH; if so please share your pros and cons of this program. I leave in Dec.for deployment in next month and I wanted to at least get him as much info as possible to keep him busy while I'm gone, but most importantly he really wants to do good and I admire that of him! ;)

Thanks BP! I look forward to hearing from you all!! Happy Holidays!
