Evil pinky to the mouth thing when you say "10 Million Dollars" to get the full effect.I highly doubt it's palusible unless you're dealing with proprietary technology or an IPO.

I have seen too many new investors get killed on their first rehab deal and leave the business because it put a sour taste in their mouth.

If we avoided these increases in consumption, I think we could all live happier lives.

I specalize in apartments and am much happier than I was wholesaling or renting homes.

So I was just curious if you guys are using word of mouth, listing an ad in the paper, calling on homes in the paper, using a realtor for what?
