Our unit and the rental unit are only attached at one room so it’s been no problem with noise issues, at least my tenant has not made any complaints.

But do some market research on other units of similar size, what they rent for and if utilities are included.One other note, on an upper and lower two family, noise issues tend to be more frequent.
