Not to shabby for just over 6 months of toil and nose to the grind stone.... 

Our unit and the rental unit are only attached at one room so it’s been no problem with noise issues, at least my tenant has not made any complaints.

But do some market research on other units of similar size, what they rent for and if utilities are included.One other note, on an upper and lower two family, noise issues tend to be more frequent.

The lift you'll get from the first deal will make it easier to grind through the other things.Good luck!

Might be just noise, might be serious. 

We are well insured, don’t allow smoking, pets, noise, or large groups.

Otherwise, you will keep grinding your gears without much luck.

SO it is time to grind, grind, grind.
