Remember that unless someone owns important collections or jewelry, the value of most people's sticks and stuff is under $1,000, being what they would bring at a garage sale.If there is $40,000 worth of debt forgiveness that leaves the borrower still $20,000 underwater, there is no tax liability.

the lease option buyer still has tenant mind set.. anything goes wrong they call you..also again depending on asset class they never purchase like NEVER.. in A class I have had many purchase. but these were 200 to 700k homes.. not low end FAUX rental home purchase.

@Mindy JensenThe shingle brands that carry products like that are Certainteed Presidential, Tamko Vintage, GAF Grand Sequoia I am not aware of any other brands that do that.
