I am anxious to get started in my endeavors as a RE agent, and owning my own rental property.

I use it for project/task management at my non real estate related job and am planning on using it to stay on task in my real estate endeavors.

You can probably learn it on your own and I'm not sure how being an agent would help.I think starting out as an agent with no experience in selling or even owning real estate would be a difficult endeavor. 

As a tradesman myself with 20+ years of experience I wouldn't get out of bed for twice that amount.Best of luck in your endeavors.

I would be happy to start with 5 to 7, maybe then I can use them as leverage to secure a loan or interests from some investors or partners for future endeavors.

Overall, I'm taking a long view of this endeavor....this is a very expensive deal, but not as bad when I consider the deals that I can roll these net proceeds into and compound from there. 

I have aspirations to be a part time real estate investor, mostly for passive income, but I am not opposed to potentially making it a full-time endeavor sometime in the future.
