However, there is a huge tower 3 blocks away that could be seen anywhere in the neighborhood.It's a cookie cutter neighborhood so many houses nearby do have the same situation.I read that besides being a fire hazard, the magnetic field might cause health issue therefore affects price appreciation.

I've thought of that myself - - but with only 6 units, I didn't see it working out.Two concept on LL provided services (of any kind)you have to forbid competing services, eg no one has access to the roof and/or may mount a disk to any component of the building then take responsibility to keep it operationalThat said, you could then approach this facility as a marketable feature ( Internet & Cable TV included), OR attempt to get an income line from the service, like Laundry.

It's been quite a journey watching it grow from a quaint, friendly research network to the massive, almost un-chartable - and certainly uncharitable - entity it is today.That I understand, perhaps if you had mentioned pin wiring boards, O's and 1's, punch cards and a duplicator, magnetic cassettes and two pole switches I could have followed you, LOL.Uncharitable is an understatement, BP is pretty civilized, look at some survivalist sites and you get death threats, LOL :)

Doesn't have to cost much, but pick a few areas where you want to buy and market the heck out of those areas - post cards; put out flyers and business cards; walk neighborhoods and talk to people who live there; write articles for neighborhood newsletters; put magnets on your car doors, etc., etc.

If you wanted to stay in the AMEX ecosystem and don't spend enough regularly to make cards with annual fees worth it then you are probably limited to the Amex Magnet card with its 200 bonus and flat 1.5% on everything (blue card is 1% on non-category spend so magnate is slightly better).
