I closed on the third property in January (2019), and after completing some minor repairs will have it rented this spring.I'm not sure if this is the correct term, but there are two opportunity zone tracts in Frankford (e.g. 300 and 302).

I would look at all types of construction types (luxury,tract, Townes, ect).

These are the light oak, probably mass produced 15 or so years ago, installed in the tract homes in my subdivision, and probably thousands of others.

But once you venture outside a subdivision, all bets are off if you go simply by distance.For example, we live in a tract of homes that run along the west side of a creek and spans about 1 mile in length.

I find myself going from blog to blog, post to post, podcast to podcast, just trying to digest all the information.

I'm still trying to digest the "eminent domain" blunder and can't quite get over it...
