I was just a bit taken aback when I asked about the pros and cons between SDIRAs and Solo-401K, the answer given to me was I would be assured to be audited by IRS if I were to go with Solo-401K.Not that I have anything to hide, but an IRS audit is worse then a dentist visit, hence my question.
